First, I want to apologize for the lack of posts the past few days–it’s finals time, and they’ve been quite annoying. I’m done after tomorrow though, so I can get back to posting full-time.
I’ve got a couple of Threadless related news items today. First, they’re having a 48 hour $9.99 t-shirt sale, which starts today and lasts until 12/13 at 11:59 PM CT. During this time, all Threadless t-shirts are only a mere $9.99. This is another great chance to get some Threadless gifts for Christmas (or anything else you celebrate). Everyone loves Threadless t-shirts, so your gift is sure to be a hit. Go check out the sale, and remember you only have 48 hours of sale prices.
Additionally, I have another cool Threadless thing–I have my own curated page on the Threadless site. You can check out all my favorite (in-stock) Threadless gear, and hopefully pick up something cool from my list. I was super happy when Threadless emailed me about it, so I hope you guys will check it out, and maybe even give me some feedback on my picks (which you can snag for cheap!). So yeah, please check out my curated shop at Threadless, and enjoy the $9.99 sale.
Robot Blaster T-Shirt from Pistache Clothing

I just got an email from Jaime about his company, Pistache Clothing, which he co-owns with his brother. I checked out their tees and this one is definitely my favorite. I’m usually not a fan of brand labels on t-shirts, but this one doesn’t bother me too much as it fits with the shirt’s design style. I also think the robot looks pretty dang cool. It reminds me a little bit of Wall-E. I dig it. They’ve got the design in a bunch of different colors (including some for men), but this is definitely my favorite version.
You can grab it for 24.99 Pounds over at Pistache Clothing. They’ve got a bunch of designs worth checking out. I especially recommend you browse over their hats–I found some of them pretty cool looking.
Ask Me About My Zombie Disguise T-Shirt from Crazy Dog Shirts

I was browsing around Crazy Dog Shirts’ selection today when I came across this tee, right in time for Halloween. I think it’s a pretty witty and humorous shirt. On the front it reads, “Ask Me About my Zombie Disguise”, but when flipped, you become a full-fledged zombie (brain eating and all). I think this shirt is pretty rad because very few people are going to predict what happens after they pop you the question. Plus, you get to show off those rock hard abs (always a bonus).
Anyway, grab this one before Halloween so you can wear it around town and get some laughs. It will only cost you $16.99 over at Crazy Dog T-Shirts.
Dark Lord–Darth Vader Star Wars T-Shirt from Society6

I’ve known about Threadless’ print collaboration with Society6 for a while, but I had never delved deeper into the Society 6 website until today. When I did, I was pleasantly surprised by the sheer number of awesome t-shirt designs they had. I saw a bunch of designs that I loved on just the few pages I sifted through. I only chose one t-shirt today, but I’ll show off the rest of my favorites in due time.
This Darth Vader t-shirt, aptly entitled “Dark Lord”, is designed by Liam Brazier, and is flippin’ awesome. I love the geometric feel (there’s probably an official name for that, but I don’t know it…). It just looks damn cool. Plus, it’s Darth Vader…’nuff said. Black and red were the perfect colors to use, so props there, too. I just overall dig this design, and I’m debating buying it in print form to hang on my wall.
The t-shirt will cost you $22.00 at the Society6 Store. It’s printed on an American Apparel 100% cotton tee. You will definitely be seeing more Society6 stuff in the future.

Howdy folks–hold off on those Threadless purchases you were about to make, because they’ve got a sale on the way. The sale will go live Monday, so you just have to wait a few days and then you can save your mon mons (money). I’m hoping for the fabled $10.00 tee sale, but I am unsure what the discount will actually be at this point. Check back Monday for more details.
Reloading from Frank & Jan Spring 2011 Line

Frank & Jan just kicked off their Spring 2011 line, including this piece of knowledge from one, Mr. Bob Dylan (who’s not taking no fucking responsibility for cats he doesn’t know, man). The statement is pretty poignant, as can be expected from Bob. The typography is simple, but I like it. Same deal with the colors–black and white isn’t breaking any barriers, but it looks cool + clean. Overall it’s a sweet little typographic/quotastic (that ain’t no word!) t-shirt from a great musician.
You can pick this one up for $24.00 from Frank & Jan. Be sure to check out the rest of their Spring releases while you’re at it.
Goodie Two Sleeves Donating Sales Proceeds to Japan Earthquake Victims

If you’ve been following the news, you know how horrific the earthquake in Japan has been. It’s important to try to help those people, and that’s why I was so happy to see this offer from Goodie Two Sleeves. They will be donating 100% of their proceeds (yes, all of their profit) from March to earthquake victims in Japan. This is incredibly generous. They haven’t chosen which charity they will donate to yet, but Gabe tells me it will most likely be the Red Cross.
Go over to Goodie Two Sleeves, pick up some cool shirts, and help earthquake victims. It’s probably the easiest way to donate ever thought up.
Clearance Sale from Fullbleed–A Bunch of Shirts for $8.00

I’m quite a bit late on posting this (gee wiz! That’s a surprise), but I couldn’t pass up the chance at letting everyone know about super cheap shirts from one of my favorite companies out there. Fullbleed is having a clearance sale for a bunch of last pressing designs, which means you can get some awesome (90% of Fullbleed’s shirts rock–it’s not like you’re getting rejects) shirts for only $8.00.
I clicked around a bit and from what I can tell most of the designs are still in stock, although, as mentioned, I’m super late posting this. If you’re interested (and you should be), head on over to the Fullbleed store and check it out.
P.S. How about that National Championship last night? Nothing like ending the game on an incredible fluke play (although it was legal). Just throwin’ in a little sports talk, because ya know, it’s 1:20 and I have no one else to talk to. I’m glad Auburn won, because unlike most people living outside Alabama, I like Cam Newton. He smiles when he plays, which is cool in my short, parenthetical paradise of a book.
