Just got an email from Oliver in regards to his new line, Extraweg. They’re a German line with some pretty cool tees. Right now they have five designs out (as far as I can tell), but I’m sure that will be changing in the future. The site seems to be a mix between English and German, most of the navigation is English, but the t-shirt descriptions are German. So you should be able to find everything fine, just learning about the tees might be a little tough.
Also, the Euro prices hurt, but that doesn’t detract from the designs themselves. Check it out at Extraweg.
It’s been a long time since the last post (2 weeks?), I’ll try to fix that. The goal is to get back to daily updates. We’ll start off the trend with Get Off from Ames Bros. Things I like about the design? First, I like how the barrel of the gun is pointing straight towards the viewer. Second, I like how the ink on the cowboy is faded.
Grab it for $30 at Anonymous Venice.
Sweet new design from Paperball on Design by Humans. The detail on the print is excellent (be sure to check the up close pictures) and I like the light blue (bleu) shirt for it. I wish they would start printing on their Fabric edition shirts though. I got my order and they’re incredibly comfortable. One thing I noticed however, is that the medium was too big for me – i had to move down to a small.
Pick this one up for $19 from Design by Humans.
Uneetee has churned out another great shirt. They get two thumbs up for the use of a bad ass robot. That’s pretty much the highlight, but the killer plants are a nice touch too. Pick it up for the low, low price of $12 on an American Apparel shirt.
Fantastic Bonanza has three new shirts up for pre-order. Of the three, my favorite is definitely Fancy Mustachio. I won the original Mustachio in one of their contests, so that shirt has a dear place in my heart (I wear it often). Therefore, I feel like I should definitely pick this one up. I wonder if people will notice the difference (the original Mustachio gets a lot of comments).
It also features two specialty inks, shiny metallic and fuzzy suede. I’m seeing this more and more often – I’m guessing it has something to do with the widespread adaptation of special inks by companies like Threadless and Design by Humans. They’re also printing these new shirts on a new type of stock. These shirts will be printed on Continental Apparel instead of American Apparel.
Check out Fancy Mustachio and the other new shirts at Fantastic Bonanza.
I should have posted this earlier, as I believe it won’t be on sale tomorrow (although it may be added to their collection. It’s a strong design so I have a feeling it might).
I like how the crows go all the way up on the shoulder, it makes it interesting. Not that it needs extra intresting’ness, I think the crows melting away from the hunter already does a good job of that.
Rise Up is a non-profit organization dedicated to aiding a variety of child, family, and community development programs. They also happen to have some pretty amazing (and political) designs. So check these out, buy some, and know that you’re aiding a non-profit in their work. Some of my favorite designs are…
Check out all their tees at the Rise Up Store.
Heard about them from tcritic
Splatter designs are cool, especially when they go over the shoulder like this one. Also cool are birds in the splatter design (a commonplace occurrence I’m sure). And finally, one last cool thing is royal blue American Apparel shirts. So there you have it, three reasons why I like this shirt. You can pick it up for $15.00 from the relatively new brand (I believe), Rethink Clothing.
