Registered T-Shirt from Walkie Talkies

Walkie Talkies sent me this tee a couple of weeks ago to review (I can be kind of slow sometimes). They let me pick out the design, so I obviously like it. I figure I’m unique, so I may as well trademark myself.
Walkie Talkies prints their designs on American Apparel shirts. They screen-print their designs, which equals a soft, non-annoying print. I can attest to this from wearing the physical shirt, the quality is great.
Back in 2003, Walkie Talkie founder Loren Klein, a graphic design sophomore attending the Rhode Island School of Design, was hawking the now infamous Bull Shirt on the street to students passing by. Today, Walkie Talkie is using that same sense of humor to come up with even funnier designs and connect with more people on the web.
Definitely check out the rest of their shirts. Loren has a great sense of humor, and that really comes through in all his designs.
PS. Congrats to aeric, who won the Black Hole Sun t-shirt from DBH.

Busted Tees just came out with some voting themed shirts by Someecards (they take the old pictures and put the words for those who don’t know). They’re some pretty cool shirts, with the top two above being my favorites. I just wish they had used some color variation, all the gray get’s a little annoying.
Also, they’re having a Recession Special, where all shirts are only $15.99 for a limited time. You can take that down another 10% with a Busted Tees coupon.

Etsy houses a plethora of awesome t-shirts, it just sometimes takes awhile to wade through the muck. I was bored last night, so I went through 47 pages of their t-shirts (I only did t-shirts tagged “text”). It took me a decent amount of time, but I did come across this gem, as well as a few others. I’m loving the picture they chose, as well as the pun. Pick it up for $19 + $4.60 shipping at Etsy.

Vintage Vantage was kind enough to send me three of their awesome shirts to check out. Just like my earlier review, I was again blown away by the awesomeness of the shirts. Here are some some shots of the shirts I snagged:
Probably my favorite text tee ever. I think the line is genius.
Who needs drugs when you have yourself?
This shirt made me lol. On the front is the tiger, and on the back (not pictured) it has the text, “I’m Right Behind You”. Of course, if someone is reading the text on the back of your shirt, theres no way you could be behind them.
As usual, the shirts are incredibly soft. I wish I knew where they got their Vintagesoft fabric, so I could buy it in bulk, and maybe use it as sheets on my bed. The prints are super soft too, you won’t even notice they’re there.
They’ve also released a new site, complete with a blog. They appear to be adding new shirts at a more rapid pace than before, and every week they’re discounting one of their shirts down to $12.50 (you get to vote to decide which one). All of these things are awesome things, I think they’re a great company and will continue to grow.
I just wish they would stop having sales on their blanks (not actually), they’re taking all my money. Check out their blanks section to pick up super Vintagesoft ringers for $2.50 and hoodies for $20.
So, check out Vintage Vantage and buy some shirts, you won’t regret it. I’d venture to say they’re my favorite company out there right now. I even set up a special Vintage Vantage coupon page to house up-to-date coupons for them. Right now you can save 21%.
Gnome Sayin from Blood is the New Black

Amg! I love this shirt. Let’s start by defining Gnome Sayin, for this who don’t know. From Urban Dictionary, Gnome Sayin is “Proper spelling of the popular phrase “Know what I’m sayin” “. So now that we have that out of the way, let’s get on to why this shirt is balls to the wall awesome. Essentially, I could sum this up with the fact that it has some sweet looking gnomes – but not just regular gnomes, they’re gnomes with gold foil bling (yes, real foil). Then you add in the aforementioned phrase and you get total awesome.
Pick it up for $34 from Blood is the New Black.

It’s been a very long time since the last post. Part of that was vacation, and part was laziness, but I’m back now, so here we go. I love today’s derby winner from Shirt.Woot, which features the Tin Man whooping C3PO in what should be an epic battle.
You can grab it for only $10 (with free shipping) on an American Apparel tee at Shirt.Woot.

I was just watching a few hours of shark week yesterday (lots of stuff on great whites, plus some Dirty Jobs), so this shirt comes at a fitting time. If you don’t know what shark week is, read up on it at Discovery Channel’s website, or, even better, watch some on the aforementioned channel.
Jon, the owner of Mediocre Clothing, is pretty cool, so you’re supporting a good shop. Also, he’s created a coupon code, troundup, that’s good for 20% off your order until next Friday. Check it out at Mediocre Clothing.

Excellent pun based on Soulja Boy, a quick google will tell you what you need to know. I might wear this for the next time I encounter a large group of people with no dancing ability trying to pull of the Soulja boy dance (this happens about three times a week, sometimes more when school is out).
Pick it up for $12.95 at RandomShirts.

Busted Tees is pretty good at keeping up with current events. This gem is a perfect example. If you haven’t seen the video, check it out below (there is graphic language, so NSFW if that’s a problem). Commemorate Bill O’Reilly’s rage for all time.
As usual, you can save with a Busted Tees coupon.

Glenn is still pumping out excellent designs. It’s easy to see why he’s been printed so much on Threadless. This one is probably my second favorite shirt from him (as of today, I’m sure that’s likely to change as things go on).
Also, Glenn has just released two new designs, Endangered Species and Organized Food Fight.
Check them out at Glennz.
