It’s been too long since I featured anything from Glennz, so when I saw this awesome Mario themed t-shirt on sale, I had to share it with everyone. Glennz is that famous Threadless guy who had such great designs that he decided to open up his own shop. He makes very funny and creative designs, this being one of them. Well-done Mario shirts will always earn a spot on troundup.

Threadless just released an awesome set of t-shirts from one of their popular artists, Mike Mitchell. This entire line of shirts is dedicated to cartoon portraits of famous people (or other “living” things). Of these many awesome portraits, my favorite is one depicting Ron Swanson from Parks and Recreation, because…well, because Ron Swanson is a total badass. It’s odd seeing him as a crying cartoon, but the rare moments of weakness that he shows must be immortalized forever. This shirt gets a solid A+ from troundup, and I will probably add it to my collection soon.

This t-shirt is an awesome play on the very recognizable Jack Daniels logo. Now, I’m not a huge Jack Daniels fan (Woodford Reserve for the good stuff, Jim Beam if you’re trying to be cheap), but I do enjoy this shirt very much. It’s very witty, and I love the different slogans–”Quality Personality Except When Wasted” might be my favorite. I feel like it applies to a good number of people.

You may know Society 6 from their awesome collaboration with Threadless. They’re much more than that though, and they have a ton of original content that is really great. I was just browsing their shirts and, while I like a whole heap of them, this shirt really stuck out to me. It’s Notorious B.I.G.’s song, Big Poppa, translated into French. With French being the language of love (supposedly), this is hilarious. The concept is brilliant, and this t-shirt rules.

Today’s Teefury shirt fits perfectly with my latest obsession for Walking Dead t-shirts. The design is called “The Walking Red” and somehow manages to mash-up Star Trek with The Walking Dead. The design is pretty creative, so kudos to midgerock (the designer).

Like all Teefury designs, this t-shirt is only for sale for a mere 24 hours and only costs $10. That basically means you’re spending very little money for a shirt you probably won’t see many other people wearing–you’ll be unique as a snowflake. Keep Calm and Fight Zombies T-Shirt from Splitreason

I thought the “Keep Calm and Carry On” apparel trend was popular before, but lately I think the whole thing has been taken to another level and they have been popping up everywhere. Given that, I love unique plays on the “Keep Calm” theme. Splitreason has just created one of those shirts, called “Keep Calm and Fight Zombies”. Using the splattered blood as text is a nice touch that sets it off from lots of other plays on the Keep Calm theme. Most people just use the same font, so the blood really pops out…and yes, I feel kind of weird writing that. It’s a very cool shirt, which again will fit with the Walking Dead t-shirts list I’m working on.

This Dutch kid I live with just introduced me to The Walking Dead, and I enjoyed the first two episodes so much that I just had to go and find a Walking Dead themed t-shirt for y’all. I found a bunch of cool ones, and I am in the process of making up a larger list of them. In the mean time, though, you guys can enjoy this shirt–an excellent mashup of Christopher Walken and The Walking Dead. Walken’s name lends itself to all kinds of great puns (Walken on Sunshine, anyone?), with this one being an excellent use.

T-Shirt Contest just let me know about their latest design winner, which is this awesome cross of Harry Potter with the ubiquitous Abercrombie and Fitch logo. It’s a very clever design, and it’s a great way to show off your geeky love of Harry Potter in a subtle way–I bet some people will just think it’s an Abercrombie shirt until they get up close. They picked Gryffindor because that house is, of course, the best.
