Assault and Battery Love Story T-Shirt from Boots on MySoti

I’ve got a great, yet cringe-worthy pun themed t-shirt for you today, called “Assault and Battery Love Story” from a designer named Boots on MySoti. From my interpretation of the shirt, a “Battery” killed a “Pepper Shaker” so that he could be with “A Salt (Shaker). Yeah, it’s definitely goofy–but I’ve told you in the past that I enjoy horrible puns, especially when they’re on t-shirts.
You buy it for $23 at the MySoti store. You can choose to have it printed on either American Apparel (a little more expensive), or a more basic shirt.
HeISeNBeRgS, a Breaking Bad T-Shirt from 604 Republic

604 Republic (a great t-shirt line) just released a batch of three shirts today, including this awesome Breaking Bad themed t-shirt called “HeISeNBeRgS”. In line with the show’s periodic table theme, the shirt depicts good old Walter White’s “mobile cuisine”. I love the concept of this shirt, and I think 604 Republic, as usual, executed it perfectly. The illustration of Walter, the “it’s about the art of cooking” slogan, and everything else is just great. It’s a really good t-shirt for a really good (nay, great) TV show–I might just have to buy this one!
You can pick up HeISeNBeRgS for $20.00 at the 604 Republic shop. There should be an active 604 Republic coupon on my page that will save you some money on that, though. 604 Republic is a witty, and somewhat geeky, line of t-shirts based out of Vancouver, Canada. Keep your eyes on them, because they rule. Also, watch Breaking Bad if you haven’t had the smarts to do so yet.
I Just Wanna Dance: E.A. Poe T-Shirt from Headline Shirts

Headline Shirts is back with more goofy quotes attributed to famous figures. These quotes usually seem to be, well, something that the person would never actually say. Such as this one, with Edgar Allen Poe saying “I just wanna dance”. I don’t think the master of the macabre would utter those words too often. That’s what makes it funny (get it?!?). Anyway, I dig it, and I hope Headline Shirts keeps up the theme. I guarantee you will get some double-takes from readers of your tee that are familiar with Mr. Poe.
You can pick up the shirt for $14.00 (for a limited time at this price) at the Headline Shirts store. As always, be sure to read their product description. They write them quite well, and the descriptions are always good for a laugh. Lastly, be sure to check for a Headline Shirts coupon before ordering anything.
The Belafonte: Life Aquatic T-Shirt from Busted Tees

I was surprised to see Busted Tees come out with a t-shirt referencing the Wes Anderson movie, The Life Aquatic. Usually Busted Tees sticks to “t-shirt’izing” more popular movies (“t-shirt’izing”: Verb: To transform a concept or story into a t-shirt). I’m glad they decided to branch out though, as I love The Life Aquatic. It’s a great flick. Heck, I like it so much that I already own an awesome Zissou t-shirt from Waterloo.
The Belafonte is the research ship of Steve Zissou (played by Bill Murray). If you haven’t seen the movie, you probably think this t-shirt sucks. If you have, I think this shirt is a cool reference to the movie. I love how they diagrammed the entire ship out like the movie–good stuff.
This shirt will gently rob your wallet to the tune of $20.00 at Busted Tees (not bad at all). Remember you can always save money with one of my Busted Tees coupons, and check out The Life Aquatic, along with Wes’ other stuff.
Sloth Bones–Funny Goonies T-Shirt from Teefury

This awesome The Goonies inspired t-shirt doesn’t need an explanation (for those who saw the movie), which is good, because I’m quite frankly too tired to give one. All I’m gonna say is that this shirt is pretty cool, and it’s available for $10.00 for 24 hours only at Teefury. Don’t miss out on a chance to add some sweet, cheap, and funny Goonies apparel to your closet.
Uncle Reginald T-Shirt from Chuck U

This awesome, awesome shirt, called Uncle Reginald, comes from the brand Chuck U. This character, Reginald, is ridiculously goofy and awesome–especially the mustache. I have no idea what else to write (I’ve already used awesome three times!), so I’m just gonna tell you a bit about Chuck U. This shirt is awesome though…
Chuck U is a freelance illustrator from Minneapolis. Chuck’s done tons of illustrations and has been featured in galleries, magazines, and other things of that ilk. He sells both art prints and t-shirts, and his style is awesome (look at that again…). He has shops at both at Storenvy (7 different t-shirts), and Etsy (seems to be mostly prints). Even if you’re not planning to buy his stuff, check out his designs. You can grab this specific shirt, Uncle Reginald, at his Storenvy shop. You can also buy it as a print at Etsy.
Big Yellow Joint, an Arrested Development T-Shirt from Skreened

I tweeted about this sweet Arrested Development shirt earlier today (I already own it, and I was wearing it today). Now I want to post about it. For fans, you probably remember the Big Yellow Joint jingle. Well…this t-shirt epitomizes all that is the Big Yellow Joint–I love it. I will definitely be wearing this shirt a ton, and I hope I get some comments.
You can grab this design for $26+ at Skreened, whom (who?) I’m coming to love more and more. They have a ton of great designs–cool artists just flock to them or something. Kudos, Skreened.
P.S. I’m gonna do my usual thing where I tell you to watch Arrested Development. Seriously, do it.
P.P.S. Yes, that is me in the awkward self-shot.
Winter is Coming T-Shirt from Busted Tees: Christmas with Game of Thrones

I love this Game of Thrones themed t-shirt from Busted Tees, and I thought it was a perfect post as we move closer and closer to Christmas. “Winter is Coming” is, of course, the slogan of the Starks. This shirt depicts that text, along with a wild looking Stark (is that Ned?) riding in a sleigh pulled by what look like direwolves. It’s a pretty funny shirt if you follow the show…if you don’t, well, start watching (or reading of course). I also like the idea of Ned delivering presents–it’s a funny picture.
You can grab this design for $20 at Busted Tees. If you spend a minimum of $40, you can also get free overnight shipping with the code “FREEOVERNIGHT” and get it in time for Christmas. But yeah, I love this shirt, and I think it’s a great way to celebrate Christmas (or the holidays).
Lob City L.A. Clippers T-Shirt from Skreened

If you follow basketball, you know how David Stern’s massive Paul-block of the Lakers has led to the Clippers getting CP3. Now, while I find this dissapointing because I like the Lakers, I cannot deny that it will be fun to watch Chris Paul throwing up lob after lob to the jumping freaks that are Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordon. It’s going to be crazy, and that’s why I think this “Lob City” t-shirt from Skreened is both accurate and funny. If we thought last year had some good dunks…well, it’s gonna get crazy. Pick up this shirt in time for opening day if you act quickly.
The Clippers Lob City shirt will cost you $29.99 in this configuration, but if you choose a different t-shirt brand you can get it down below $25.
P.S. Lakers vs Clippers tonight! I wish I had NBA TV at home.
Historical Figures on Tour at ThenWear

I couldn’t really think of a title for this post just because the t-shirts at ThenWear are so out there (a good thing). All of the t-shirts (in the section I’m linking to) depict popular historical figures as if they were on a musical tour. You’ve got Galileo’s “Don’t tell the pope” Heresy Tour, Attila’s Huns in the Sun Tour, and many other funny tour shirts. I like them very much. I’ve posted a picture of two of my favorites, but you should certainly check ‘em all out.
ThenWear is newly launched (on the 5th I believe), so I’m betting they will be adding even more to their collection. Additionally, they do more than just the tour shirt, so you should check out of the rest of their funny, and sometimes ridiculous, “historical” t-shirt line. The shirts will run you ~$25 from what I’m seeing. Now go check out their store. You can get free shipping by using the code “2011StandardFree“.
