Arrested Development is probably my favorite show, despite it’s unfortunate, and in my opinion senseless, cancellation. If you haven’t watched Arrested Development, then you probably have no idea why this shirt is funny, and I apologize. However, if you are an Arrested Development fan and support the Save Our Bluths movement, then you should probably buy this shirt, because it’s awesome. Support your favorite revenge fueled, wall living Korean adoptee. Check it out! Also, check for updated Busted Tees coupons.
P.S. Has anyone heard about an Arrested Development movie, and, if so, is it actually going to happen?
Sorry for the lack of product shots, but I couldn’t figure out how to grab the picture of an actual person wearing the shirt–but you can see that at the site.
Today’s Teextile shirt gave me a chuckle, and is one of the better/more creative Star Wars shirts I’ve seen. I just like the picture of a usually obedient, order-following Stormtrooper rocking out on his guitar.
This one will run you $12 for today only, and then $15 for the rest of the week. You can also get free shipping by using any of these links, or the code troundup. I also think I have a chance at placing in the contest they have running, which means anyone who buys through these links could win a free shirt (and I might win a MacBook! If I’m really lucky).
I always thought Boba Fett was one of the best Star Wars character. He kicked tons of ass (and also could spit some mean rhymes), kind of like this shirt. It’s clean, simple, and to the point. I likes it. Also, it’s printed on American Apparel’s tri-blend shirt, which is heavenly soft. It’ll cost you $23.00 on Etsy.
There are a bunch of Caddyshack shirts out there, but this is the best quality one I could find. It’s from the awesome guys over at Found Item Clothing, who’ve got some great pop culture shirts. It’s also on American Apparel, compared to many of the other companies who print on low quality shirts.
From Caddyshack, we proudly bring you the Bushwood Country Club t-shirt. On and off the golf course, the Bushwood Country Club tee is a fine item for summer wear, and fall, winter and spring for that matter.
Grab it for $21.95 at Found Item Clothing, and if you haven’t seen Caddyshack, get out of that cave you’ve been living in.
Ace Ventura: Pet Detective is one of my favorite movies. The plot centers around Ray Finkle, a former Miami Dolphins kicker, who undergoes a sex change and becomes a female detective in order to get revenge against Dan Marino and the Dolphins. If you haven’t seen the film, I definitely recommend you check out. Jim Carrey is quite hilarious in it.
This is one of the better Star Wars shirts I’ve seen out there, as well as a very true statement. I definitely wouldn’t mess with Vader. You can pick it up on a variety of shirts and colors over at The Tee Party.
I previously wrote about a Vote Lebowski shirt from Urban Outfitters. I definitely like that shirt, but this one takes it to a whole new level of awesome. First off, it incorporates the bad-ass Walter as his running mate, and secondly it brings in the quote that “This aggression will not stand”. Two thumbs up to Thread Pit for creating such an awesome shirt. Pick it up for only $14.95.
It’s been a very long time since the last post. Part of that was vacation, and part was laziness, but I’m back now, so here we go. I love today’s derby winner from Shirt.Woot, which features the Tin Man whooping C3PO in what should be an epic battle.
You can grab it for only $10 (with free shipping) on an American Apparel tee at Shirt.Woot.
So I guess I failed at that whole daily posting thing, but I figure this is still better than the previous 2+ weeks of silence. I’ll slowly get back into it (I think). Also, if you emailed me and I never responded, I apologize, I have tons of email and it’s hard to sort through all of it.
Enough with the housekeeping’ish stuff, lets get on to today’s shirt. I’m not gonna lie, this shirt is pretty BA. Star Wars, and especially Chewy, kick some major ass, and by having just the huge, simple print on the front, this shirt really captures that. They also have other Star Wars characters, but Chewy is by far the best.
Pick it up for $25 at Chop Shop.
I couldn’t get good product pictures because of flash, so you’ll have to check them out on the site.
Superbad was without a doubt my favorite movie of last year. It was just chock full of hilarious scenes, especially funny if you’re a young male like myself. So, it’s been awhile since it came out, but that doesn’t mean you can’t check out the best Superbad t-shirts out there. Here they are, in no particular order (although I am fond of the McLovin ones, as I believe most of the world is given by the quantity of them that are out there).
A vintage take on the McLovin t-shirt by Deez Teez. The yellow on green gives a good retro feel. What’s especially cool about this t-shirt, is, as you can see, with your purchase of the shirt you also get a free McLovin I.D. Check it out at Deez Teez.
Another simple McLovin one. Although this time you have the added benefit of the “I Am” part. Pick it up from Snorg Tees.
Lastly, I’ll end this list with another one from Snorg Tees. It’s another McLovin quote – I believe this one is from when he’s talking about his fake I.D. at school. Pick it up here.
This ends today’s list of the best Superbad shirts. If there are any that I’ve missed, I would love to hear about it. Also, if anyone knows of any shirts that aren’t directly related to McLovin, I’d love to hear about those too.
