Even if it is just a remake of Helicopter, Flappy Bird still seemed to win the hearts of millions of smart phone users. The app developer pulled it, citing fears of addiction to the game (a bigger man than I, given the money the app was pulling in). Enterprising Redbubble artist OMGitsSussy then jumped in with this R.I.P Flappy Bird t-shirt.
You can grab the shirt for $24.95 at the Redbubble store. As with all the Redbubble designs, you can customize the color and t-shirt.
Reading Hunter S. Thompson’s Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas as a teenager was a bit of an eye-opener. This shirt features the artwork from the book, which I always thought was quite cool.
You can find the design on sale for $14.00 at I Love Waterloo’s store. They print on American Apparel blanks. I have a different design of their’s and it’s held up very well through plenty of washing.
The Beard’s defense hasn’t been so hot lately, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still enjoy that illustrious beard (especially in No Shave November). This is definitely one of the better James Harden beard themed t-shirts out there–buy it if you’re a Rockets fan or a Thunder fan still holding on to older and better memories.
It’ll cost you $18.00 at the Octane Shop store. They have it in a few colorways, which leads me to believe they may intend it as a generic t-shirt as well. I’m sticking with it being James Harden themed, though.
The idea is already fully funded, but there’s still 16 days to get in on this cornucopia of Monty Python themed t-shirts available through Kickstarter. As far as I can tell, the only thing they’re missing is Dennis the Constitutional Peasant–still my all time favorite Monty Python bit.
You can check out all the t-shirts and get in on the action at Monty Python is Awesome’s Kickstarter page. You get t-shirts starting with $25 pledges (or I believe $20 if you get in quickly).
Flynn’s love of breakfast has become a fairly omnipresent meme among Breaking Bad fans. They’re even asking him to sign cereal boxes. This t-shirt manages to capture that meme in a non-annoying way–a way that I could actually see myself wearing. I think it’s one of the more enjoyable Breaking Bad designs out there.
You can buy Breakfast Time for $20.00 from the TeePublic store. If you don’t watch Breaking Bad…well, there’s nothing I can do for you. Catch up on Netflix before it ends.
Today’s Teefury design is one of the better Breaking Bad t-shirts that I’ve seen. It combines that “crystal blue persuasion” people love so much with Walter’s face and important pieces from the show (inside the face). There’s a lot of detail in this shirt–Chad O’Dell Roberts, the artist, did a great job. I feel like this is a design we might see pop up in a permanent store after its time on Teefury.
For now though, you only have 12 more hours to purchase this design. As with all Teefury designs, when 8/23/2013 hits midnight it’s gone from the store. The upside is that it will only cost you $11.00 to snag the design. Shipping prices begin at a mere $3.00. You can see the design in more detail below:
Headline Shirts just released two awesome Arrested Development shirts, with this one being my favorite. Not only is it my favorite from the release, but it’s also one of my favorite Arrested Development t-shirts. As long as Headline Shirts keeps making great designs like these two, I will suck it up (even if it means me taking a chubby).
You can buy the shirt for the on-sale price of $14.00 for this week only.
I feel a bit like this t-shirt could have been executed a tad better with a bit of a cartoonish feel. With that being said, it’s still a great design that I will happily wear. I have the utmost respect for Mr. Swanson (of the Parks and Recreation TV show world for those who aren’t familiar), so I can fully stand behind this design.
Everyone should vote for this hilarious Batman inspired “Bane Chiropractic” t-shirt that Grafx-Guy submitted at Limiteed. I caught this one at the T-Shirt subreddit and had to share it in the hopes of it getting printed. If we band together we can all get our backs fixed.
Though not always applicable, T-Shirt Laundry’s renaming of Game of Thrones does often seem quite accurate for large portions of the books/show. It leaves out all the political scheming, but it does capture just why Game of Thrones airs on HBO rather than NBC.
You can buy Boobs and Swords for $18.00 at the T-Shirt Laundry store.
