Given that Bill Hader is leaving Saturday Night Live, Stefon has given us his last nightlife suggestions (barring a guest appearance in the future). I love this shirt simply because Stefon looks so ridiculous. There’s nothing especially interesting about the design, and it probably could have been done better with a little more effort. I’ll forgive it for that, though.
With the release date for the new Arrested Development episodes rapidly approaching, I felt compelled to post this new release from Busted Tees. It features the controversial Alliance of Magicians, who will eventually see the light and let Gob back in. Until then, Gob will have to practice his magic without the Alliance on his side.
Once again, 604 Republic pulls off a masterful combination of two pieces of pop culture. This time it’s “Drive” (OMG Ryan Gosling!) and Back to the Future.
It took me a little while to “get” this t-shirt, but when I did, I really liked the design. For those with similar difficulties, look at Princess Leia, who relies solely on her infamous hair to “hear no dark side” (much like a pair of ear muffs). I think it’s pretty funny–hopefully you do as well.
You can only buy this shirt for the next 12 hours (Unamee is one of those rapid speed t-shirt design competitions). With that being said, the design only costs $10.00, so it’s not like it’s a huge investment. Go ahead and buy it at their store.
This sweet design from The Affair is inspired by Albert Camus’ The Outsider (which I believe is just a different translation of The Stranger). I enjoyed the book, and I similarly enjoy this t-shirt. There’s a lot of detail–from the revolvers, to the guillotine, to the white roses. It also looks cool…so it’s got that going for it.
You can buy the design on sale for 19.99 pounds (down from 29.99) at The Affair’s store.
Threadless just released their collection of 23 Iron Man inspired t-shirts today, with a ton of good designs making the cut. I can’t really choose one–so I’ve given you guys the collage from their newsletter above. I love these big name theme collections they’ve been doing lately–makes for a lot of awesome t-shirts.
You can find all 23 Iron Man t-shirts at Threadless’ store. The “Rocket” design from from Luc Journot is my favorite, but like I said, there are a bunch of great designs. Don’t forget about some Threadless coupons, if available.
Another mashup tee for you guys–this time featuring a collision of the Batman and Breaking Bad worlds. If Walter White was morally ambiguous before this shirt, just imagine what he’ll be like when he becomes Bane.
You can buy the shirt for $20.00 at the TeePublic site.
We had our first truly warm day today in Philadelphia, which coincided with me discovering this cool Lion King t-shirt on Reddit. I think that’s fate–as I finally got to be outside experiencing the circle of life.
Anyway, you can buy the shirt for ~$22.00 at Skreened. And no–you don’t have to get it printed on a v-neck–you can customize the color and type of shirt (v-neck is just the default). Enjoy!
This is a really cool Star Wars design from DSF Clothing. It features the various phases of the Death Star–from fully functioning to blown up by an X-Wing flying Luke Skywalker, cleverly based on a chart of the phases of the moon. I dig it.
You can buy the shirt for the low price (for such a good design) of $16.00 at the DSF Clothing store.
Design by Humans is pulling at my heart strings with this Space Invaders x Darth Vader mashup. I never stood a chance at resisting the urge to post this shirt (almost like they used…the force).
