Design by Humans has reinstated their old feature where every order placed gives the buyer a 2 week long 10% off coupon. I just placed an order, so now I’m happy to offer you the 10% off coupon I got. Use code UGRJL1 for 10% off until March 16th. Also, you should use the code to buy the shirt above–I did, because it’s awesome.
I just found out about Headline Shirts, and they’ve quickly become one of my favorite new brands. This shirt is awesome, from the font to the crazy kangaroo-eagle-lizard (that’s my interpretation), as well as laugh out loud funny. They’ve also been super nice and hooked me up with a sweet coupon code. If you use the code “TROUNDUP” at checkout, up until next Friday (Feb 6th) you’ll get a free surprise shirt with any purchase. Here are the details regarding the promotion from Jake, the guy who writes their awesome product descriptions (included below):
Users will receive a free “mystery shirt” of the same size with any order. (They should enter the code TROUNDUP on the shopping bag page, just after adding to cart.) They won’t know what they’re getting, except that it will be selected according to the design(s) they purchase.
One important thing to note: Users will actually not receive a notice of the free shirt after entering the coupon code. Instead, it will show up as a “$0.01” discount. But they should rest assured they’ll be getting a free shirt. (This is just the way our coupon system works right now, unfortunately.)
Now here’s that product description I promised. It gave me chuckles:
Some people say Wikipedia can’t be trusted, but I think it’s great for getting general information on a topic. Like, did you know that the Civil War and the War of 1805 were actually separate battles, despite the fact of them occurring in the same century?
I also learned that pornography has been around since the dawn of sex. Speaking of sex, you may be interested to know that Gordon Jump once guest-starred on an episode of Diff’rent Strokes as a pedophile who attempted to molest Arnold and his best friend Dudley (played by the actor Shavar Ross, who has been married since 1992 and has at least two children).
Speaking of the eighties, John Lennon (born Johnathan Chaz Ono Lennon) was shot and later died during the 1980s while wearing his favorite “New York City” t-shirt during one of his last concerts with the Mets at Beatles Stadium. He wrote a comic called “The Daily Howl” as a child.
Speaking of t-shirts, I made myself this Wikipedia t-shirt. Did you know that Kangaroos are actually not born with wings but develop them later in life? Guess where I learned that!
Thanks to Tcritic for letting me know about these guys!
Eva just emailed me about six new t-shirts from No Star. They’re definitely all solid designs. My favorites are probably Fresh to Death and Zoo, although the Cheech and Chong one is pretty sweet too. Also, along with new shirts they’ve got some awesome coupons for you:
We are also having a holiday sale that may be of interest to your readers. They can use code BIGUPS and save 40% off orders of $100 or more. They can also use code MEDUPS to save 30% off orders of $40 or more.
40% off ain’t a bad deal. Check it all out over at No Star.
Goodie Two Sleeves must be insane, because giving 50% off of all tees is crazy. The 50% is good for the entire week, but I’m guessing their tees are gonna sell like hot cakes (’cause they’re soft and awesome), and I’m not sure if stock is limited, so I wouldn’t wait too long.
Also, every purchase enters you to win 7 free shirts, which is a nice incentive beyond the 50% to purchase some shirts. Just enter “BACKINBLACK” at Goodie Two Sleeves to get your 50% discount.
The title is not a typo, it is indeed buy 1 get 1 free. So essentially it’s two for the price of one until November 30th. Just use the coupon code “THANKS” at checkout to get the discount.
Through November 29th, Collar Free is offering 28% off all their shirts due to their owner’s 28% birthday. Happy birthday, Jimmy! Just use the code “28on28” to get your discount.
Local Celebrity is offering 20% off their entire stock of awesomely soft designs. That will bring the price down to only $20 per shirt, which isn’t bad for their quality. Click here to check this one out, and to stay up to date with all the latest Local Celebrity coupons.
I guess this isn’t entirely new, but I just recently found out about it. Given that I’m pretty up on t-shirt news and hadn’t noticed, I figure there have to be some people out there like me who’d be glad to hear about it. So, here’s the deal. Every week, Busted Tees will pick 12 tees to go on their sales page for only $12. That’s $5.99 off the usual $17.99. Pretty good deal, especially if you get lucky and find a tee you’ve been wanting to buy for awhile on it (like myself).
Also, you can sweeten it up even more with a Busted Tees coupon. Right now I’ve got one up there that’s good for 25% off your order, which would make that tee only $9. That’s hot.
