Parable Paranoia from Threadless

This is one of my favorite Threadless Select tee’s that’s been printed in a long time. I love the combination of characters from both fairytales and folklore, and the gold foil adds an extra touch of awesome. Normally I’d shy away from a big print like this, but Threadless uses the right techniques to keep the design from being stiff and uncomfortable, plus, it’s printed on an American Apparel tee. All in all, this shirt is well worth the $25 Select price.

$10 t-shirts? New shirts every day? Threadless’ summer sale is absolutely amazing. This is my first summer of Threadless, so I don’t know if they do this every year, but I’m certainly excited for the next week of t-shirts.
My favorite design of today is by far this one:

Defend The Kingdom – Threadless
Unfortunately, it’s already sold out in my size, I guess that’s the one downfall of the sale.
So, check out the full catalog of discounted shirts, and remember to use a Threadless coupon for the extra $3 off.
PS. I’m sorry for the dearth of entries lately, hopefully when summer truly hits I’ll have more time to post and go looking for new t-shirts.

An Awesome Week at Threadless

I think this week is one of the best weeks Threadless has had in awhile in terms of raw t-shirt awesomeness. There’s a bunch of new designs I like plus two reprints of great shirts. So, let’s get into it. For the sake of space, I’m not going to write about all the shirts.

Rhinos Hunt In Packs – Threadless
Great idea for a design with great execution to back it up. I’m definitely picking this one up.

Spoilt – Threadless
I always dreamed of driving by and telling the hordes of Harry Potter fans the ending of the book, now I don’t even need to speak to spoil the ending.

Sacrifice – Threadless
Simply a great illustration. I’m not sure about the banana, or how well it actually translates to a t-shirt, but it’s definitely worth it for the art alone.
And finally, check out these two awesome reprints:

Nothing Rhymes With Orange – Threadless

Robot Dance Contest – Threadless

Threadless Tees of the Week – 5-14

There are a couple new Threadless shirts I like this week. Unlike usual, neither of the reprints really appeal to me.

Serenade – Threadless
There’s an incredible amount of detail in this design, enough that I wish I could buy it on a poster for my wall. Nevertheless, that’s not possible, so I guess I’ll have to settle for buying the t-shirt.

Holding Pattern – Threadless
I’m not particularly attached to the design, but I think from far away it looks stunning, especially on the burgundy. This is another tee I’m picking up this week.

Oh No! – Threadless
I probably won’t be buying this tee because of monetary issues, but I think it’s definitely worth a mention. It almost looks as if it has some “Flowers in the Attic” influences in it, with the way the girls hair is splattering. I don’t know if the artist consciously tried that, but it turned out very well.
As usual, remember to use a Threadless coupon to save $3.

This week’s batch of Threadless shirts brings the winner of the BioShock Loves contest as well as some other great designs.
By far my favorite of this week, The Leftover is the winner of the BioShock Loves contest. In my opinion, it’s one of the best Threadless designs in awhile.

The Secret Lives of Luggage – Threadless
This shirt is another one of my favorites this week. Solid, humorous design. I’m neutral on picking Natural for the color – it’s not my favorite, but I don’t dislike it.

In Case Of Zombies – Threadless
Also worth a mention is the reprint of In Case of Zombies. If you missed this shirt before, be sure to pick it up.

This Weeks Threadless Shirts

There are three shirts I like this week, two of which I’ll probably end up buying. Overall, a solid week for Threadless.
The first one is Jump from Enora Josse, an outright hilarious design. I also don’t have many dark blue shirts, so two birds with one stone.
I probably won’t be buying this, just because I’m to cheap to pay for Select tees, but I think Land of 1000 Dances is a great design. Hell, it may be good enough to make me change my frugal ways, if just for a moment.
An oldie, but a goodie. I usually don’t go for type tees, but this is one of the few I like enough to wear.
Don’t forget to use a Threadless coupon to save some money.

As seems to be the norm, out of this week’s Threadless t-shirts there are two that I really like. One is a reprint of a great shirt, while the other is a brand new tee.

I’m Sure I Used To Fit
Funny and well designed…I don’t have much to say beyond that.

Reach For The Stars
I actually came across this shirt yesterday. As soon as I saw it, I was hoping for a reprint. I don’t know how it happened, but I’m certainly glad my wish got answered in such an expedient fashion. I just hope I can afford all these new Threadless tees I want.
