So I was a little late to the game on this one. But…I guess the benefit of the oil still leaking is that this shirt is still relevant even if I’m 30+ (I couldn’t find the exact start date) late.
Print Liberation is never shy to point the finger at various instances of douchebaggery happening around the world, which is one of the reasons I like them. They also make the presentation of such finger pointing look pretty sweet, which is icing on the cake.
You can pick up “Oil Blows” for $18.00 at Print Liberation. It’s printed on an American Apparel blank.
P.S. Guess who’s not patronizing BP (whenever knowingly possible)? Me.
Andy from Hide Your Arms–a pretty snazzy t-shirt blog–just released a new site, t-shirtblo.gs, which ranks the numerous shirt related blogs around the Internet. It’s a helpful concept, it’s done well, and it looks pretty, so I’m all for it. It should help everyone involved, whether you like buying t-shirts, blogging them, or selling them.
Unfortunately, T-Shirt Roundup is currently ranked 40th, which is lame. It’s not like things aren’t close though–I’m only separated from 4th place by .6 of a point (rankings are out of 5). So, if you wanted to head on over, and maybe help me raise my ranking a bit, I will give you mad Internet props, as well as lots of kind thoughts. So yeah, go vote, and hopefully you like me enough to give good scores!
So I suppose this is a somewhat random shirt to post, but…I love David Attenborough, so I hope you’ll indulge me. While you may not see Mr. Attenborough that much (or know his face at all), you’ve probably heard his voice if you’ve ever watched a nature program. This is because he has one of the best narrating voices ever. It rocks. Seriously, he’s on the same level as Morgan Freeman narrations.
So yeah, indulge my fandom of David Attenborough, and check out this cool shirt from Grizzly Nights.
I think the image is pretty self-explanatory for this sale. You can use the code PC44 for 15% off your order until Palmer comes back. I’m not 100% sure when that is, but I think the sale might end on Monday, so don’t dilly dally too long. We also try to keep updated Palmercash coupons, if they’ll allow us to post them.
And lastly, how’s this for an awkward pairing of shirts? I was browsing through their shirts and came upon them…side by side. You can either tell people “Don’t worry, be happy” or to “Eat shit and die”. Interesting…
Local Celebrity just released this brand new, gem of a shirt. Prior to this, it had never occured to me that the crossing of a bear and deer would create such an awesome creature as a beer. Now I know.
When I got the email, I was at first a little perplexed. “Why does it say Beer below a picture of a bear?”, I asked myself. Then I saw the antlers on the bear, and then I laughed uproariously (in my mind).
This one from RandR is pretty flippin awesome. Without the title of the shirt, it will probably only look like a 3-d owl with a gun (sans 3-d glasses), but I’m totally cool with that.
I’m also transferring to Temple University, whose mascot is the owl, which gives me an extra connection to this shirt. Our mascot doesn’t carry a gun though (unfortunately).
You can pick it up for $14.00 at RandR. Sadly, sizes are somewhat limited (they don’t have my size ).
I could probably just go through Poketo’s site and post each and every shirt they sell (which will most likely end up happening eventually anyway), because I love them all.
As for this one, I really like the geometric trees, and I think the colors are just the purtiest thing. I also like the geometry of the reflection in general (I think this is the most I’ve ever used “geometry” and “like” together).
This shirt, Symphony, resides in Fullbleed’s newest set of releases, Series 10, and is pretty damn hot on the hot to not scale (like a 10, with 10 setting an impervious ceiling). I like the idea of a dude directing cascading colors all over your shirt. If someone makes a shirt which does that in real time, it might one up this one, but for now, I think Symphony is in a pretty solid situation.
If you share my affection, you can pick this up for $19.00 at Fullbleed, printed on American Apparel blanks.
I’ve really dropped the ball on posts…sorry. But, I think this is pretty cool, maybe it can help make up for it?
For the next month, you can get 30% off at Owl Movement by using the code “owlmerch30“. As you may have noticed, Owl Movement has been on my favorite t-shirt companies list since the beginning. This is because they have awesome shirts and an awesome style. They haven’t released any new series for a while, but I hope that changes.
Go buy some shirts for 30% off at their store.
I haven’t posted about an individual Threadless shirt in a long time, but boy oh boy did this shirt make me want to change that. I like everything about it, from the crazy awesome drawing style, to the yellow t-shirt, to the minimal use of white for just the sun, clouds, smoke and wagon covers. It looks awesome.
Both characters are pretty cool looking, but I think I’m pulling for the bad guy on the back of the shirt. It’s all about the hat/cape looking coat combo.
