There’s really just one Threadless shirt I like this week, and it’s not even one of the new ones - it’s the reprint of Eclipse!. I think this shirt came out during one of their sales, so it sold out lightning fast. Thankfully, now it’s back, and printed on one of Threadless’ custom tees, which, by the way, are head and shoulders above the old Fruit of the Loom shirts they used to use.
They fit perfectly, at least on me, and are actually comfortable and not constricted to the shape of a box. I’m exceedingly happy Threadless decided to make the switch. So yeah, buy Eclipse!, because not only is it a good design, it’s printed on a good shirt.
Also, save $3 by using a Threadless coupon.
This week is quite good for Threadless shirts. They reprinted a design that I’ve long wanted, as well as coming out with a great new one.
First, the one I wanted reprinted. Ever since I joined Threadless, I’ve been wishing they would reprint their Ctrl + Z shirt. Today, they did. That makes me happy.
Also this week, they released a new shirt that I really like, being Greek Mixology. The idea for this one is perfect, I just hope people will understand it without seeing the title.
Lastly, I figure I should mention this weeks super limited, super expensive shirt, entitled Decapitated Doomsday. It’s not really my cup of tee, but the concept of a unique (each one is individually dipped in dye), limited Threadless shirt is pretty cool.

Usually Threadless only releases shirts on Monday. However, it seems that this week is a bonus, as we get nine “Foolishly under-scored and over-looked” shirts for $15 each. Also, it looks like they’re clearing out their stock of shirts printed on Fruit of the Loom. You can pick these old shirts up for only $5.

Due to server downtime, Threadless has extended their sale until March 26th, which means next Monday’s tees will be on sale as well. Also, if you’re putting in an order over $50, use the code “spring08″ for $5 off.
Also, I’d like to thank everybody for helping me become one of the top 10 STP earners (8th place) on Threadless. I view it as an accomplishment. So thanks!
And lastly, after the sale ends, remember Threadless Coupon to save some money.
So because of the launch of their Custom tees, Threadless is back on my list of sites to watch. I haven’t actually received any of Threadless’ new shirts, so I ask you, my readers: How are the new Custom shirts? Are they comfortable? Do they fit like American Apparel, or differently? Let me know in a comment.
Now for my two favorites from this week…

Today marks the official release of Threadless’ brand new line of Custom Tees. No more will Threadless devotees be forced to wear the uncomfortable (I think) Fruit of the Loom tees. The new custom tees are soft and somewhat similar to American Apparel shirts from what I’ve heard. I’ll definitely be ordering some to check them out.
Also, today marks the release of a new pricing structure. Shirts will now be priced based on the techniques used on them, so it can vary from shirt to shirt. It appears the standard is $17, with some ranging up to $20. They’ve also released four new sizes. You can check out the brand new size chart.
I’m quite happy about this news, as it got to the point where I simply wouldn’t buy Threadless shirts because they were printed on Fruit of the Loom. Now I can revive my Threadless addiction, whether that’s good or bad is still to be seen.
It’s a funky take on Godzilla. Buy it. I wish it was printed on their new custom shirts though.

Genius design from Ian Leino. I haven’t been impressed with Threadless’ offerings lately, but this is one that will bring me back (or will at least get a purchase out of me).
Check it out and remember to use a Threadless coupon.
Yeah…I posted about two mainstream competitions in a row, so maybe you’re getting bored - but - I like both these shirts (this and the DBH one), so I think they’re worth mentioning. I just wish Threadless had printed this on their new custom tees, and not those FOTL 50/50s that I hate.
Remember to use that Threadless Code for $3 off (as soon as they start working again).
