The V T-Shirt from Violent Elegance

I came up with an alternate name for this shirt: “How to make an awesome looking shirt with just the letter V”.

Seriously, the shirt is so simple, yet so appealing (at least to me). I’m incredibly impressed with how they can use geometry or other very simple shapes to create such amazing designs, especially considering most of their designs are just white + one color (usually black).

The only problem is the price. The shirts are 29 pounds, which is expensive already. Throw in the exchange rate though, and these are out of reach for most people (including me). But oh well, we can just stare and enjoy.

Good World from Print Liberation

Together we can make it a GOOD WORLD.

A good message and awesome type makes this tee a winner. It’s also printed on an American Apparel tri-blend blank, which is the most comfortable shirt ever. The athletic gray also makes a really good backdrop for type tees, especially from Print Liberation (who consistently make some damn cool type tees).

You can pick this up for $22.00 at Print Liberation.

The Body from Frank and Jan

This shirt elicited a laugh from me, while sitting in my darkened room enjoying my late night hahas. This is not to imply that I would not have laughed at the shirt if I were not under the influence of the late night hahas, because I definitely would have–however, the late night hahas helped. I digress though…

I like that it’s a girl, without a shirt for some reason (maybe she should buy this shirt and wear it?), looking hardcore and flicking everyone who looks at your shirt off. Throw in some German (a bonified badass language) with this, and you get a pretty sweet t-shirt.

This one will run you $24.00 from Frank and Jan and is printed on American Apparel.

You’re Not Dead Yet from Print Liberation

I love this–it’s a serious type tee that I can actually get behind. I also dig the colorway on this one. Flourescent magenta ink on a lemon American Apparel shirt is a great choice for a shirt about not being dead. Those colors are about as alive as you can get.

If you haven’t check out Print Liberation before I definitely recommend you do–here’s the link to this shirt. They do mostly reality oriented (if you check out their stuff you’ll know what I mean) type tees. Also–fun fact: They’re located in Philadelphia, which is where I will be hopefully transferring to for college next year.

Two Are Better Than One from Ugmonk

Jeff Sheldon’s (owner of Ugmonk) designs are always¬† so awesomely simple but superbly cool. This one is no exception. He manages to make a giant number two and some text into a t-shirt that I would love to wear. It’s a gift. I also think this is the best colorway for this shirt. The really light blue (I think) on forst looks great.

You can grab this one for $24.00 at Ugmonk. It’s printed on an American Apparel forest shirt. I’m also happy to offer you an Ugmonk coupon, which is hopefully still working. Check out the rest of Jeff’s stuff as well–it’s great.

Atheist Bus Campaign Shirt

I don’t think I would ever wear this shirt in public, just because cramming my views about God (or lack thereof) down people’s throats is just as obnoxious as others cramming their views about God down my throat. That being said, I do find the Atheist Bus Campaign and the controversy around it very interesting. As far as I know the campaign is solely in the UK, and I’m not going to talk about it much here, but if you’re interested, you can check out their website.

And hell, I think the most important part of this shirt is the last two lines. They far eclipse any feelings I have towards the first two.

Ketamine…Just Say Neigh from Regal Clothing + Sale

I feel like this is a thoroughly random idea for a shirt, but it made me laugh, so it gets a post. If you don’t know, ketamine is one of those horse tranquilizers people like to take for fun. That’s kind of essential to the joke.

Regal clothing is also having a sale. You can save 25% on your order by using code RCC2010. That’s especially nice because Regal Clothing’s prices are in pounds, so with 25% off it will at least get closer to an even exchange rate. Check it!

Too Many Mutha Uckas — Flight of the Conchords Shirt

I mutha uckin love Flight of the Conchords (you should have seen that one coming), especially this song and the first season in general. It’s a shame it had to go and get cancelled (that’s right–two l’s mutha uckas), but I suppose it was meant to be. Hopefully Jermaine and Brit (Bret) go on to do greater things.

While this shirt is just a simple text tee, I think it looks really great with the white text on red. Good choice, Nerdy Shirts!

Check out the video below. The song is damn catchy and the episode is awesomely hilarious (so watch the whole thing if you can):
