I mutha uckin love Flight of the Conchords (you should have seen that one coming), especially this song and the first season in general. It’s a shame it had to go and get cancelled (that’s right–two l’s mutha uckas), but I suppose it was meant to be. Hopefully Jermaine and Brit (Bret) go on to do greater things.
While this shirt is just a simple text tee, I think it looks really great with the white text on red. Good choice, Nerdy Shirts!
Check out the video below. The song is damn catchy and the episode is awesomely hilarious (so watch the whole thing if you can):
I enjoy Wes Anderson stuff, and therefore dig this shirt (makes sense). I really like how the red hat pops out on the otherwise blue background. If you haven’t seen the Life Aquatic, or other Wes Anderson stuff for that matter, I recommend you go do that.
You can pick it up for $19 at Waterloo.
Break out the ugly Christmas sweater and have fun (if applicable)!
Sorry for the dearth of posts, I just got home from break and then promptly got snowed in without Internet access while away from home, so I haven’t had too many chances. Now, for the shirt…
This is one of those shirts where I can’t pinpoint exactly why I like it, but I do like it nonetheless. I will say that I do really like the eyes. I’m not entirely sure of what the image on the book means though, so if you know please let me know, because that could seriously change the meaning of the shirt if it means something important.
Check this one, and the rest of RANDR’s winter line, out at their store.
Uneetee has joined the party with a holiday sale. They always have some great shirts so I recommend everyone give it a perusal at the very least.
I like supporting my advertisers when I get a chance, and when I like their shirts this is made especially easy. I’m pretty sure this says “This is not a bear” in French or something along those lines (I’m also pretty sure Colbert would disagree with that). I’m guessing this is based off the whole “This is not a pipe” thing–original here. Regardless, I think the bear looks cool on yellow by itself, which is good enough for me.
Check it out at A Little Bit Weird. It’s printed on American Apparel.
I like this dude from Palmercash. He sports a damn fine moustache and looks good doing it. I’m not really sure what else to say. Oh wait, there’s this! For every shirt bought Palmercash will donate $10 to Movember for the Fight Against Prostate Cancer. That’s pretty cool. $10 is a pretty hefty percentage of the sale.
I know this is most likely about the economy in general, but I’m instead choosing to take it as reinforcement of my plan to never work and just travel around, or, if need be, live like the people on Friends (have an awesome apartment in New York City but hardly ever work). So everyone wish me luck on that goal. Maybe I’ll just blog about t-shirts for a living.
I had this one teacher in high school who would always say “Nothing beats nothing” in regards to not having to work over summer break. I’m inclined to agree, except not actually nothing, just not feeling a compulsion to do anything you don’t want to.
Random life goal sharing aside, you can buy this at Supermarket for $20 on American Apparel.
