Introducing Torso Pants

I’m not sure how new the actual store is, but I just got an email about them and they’re new to me so I thought I would throw a post up. They’re run by the people behind T-Shirt Hell, so I initially thought I wouldn’t be much of a fan. However, instead of going for offensive humor with Torso Pants,  they’re targeting people who like dry, obscure humor (which I am a fan of).

Here’s an example of what you’ll find on the site:

T-shirts will run you $18 per shirt. Check them out at Torso Pants.

Threadless Sale Extended until March 26th

Due to server downtime, Threadless has extended their sale until March 26th, which means next Monday’s tees will be on sale as well. Also, if you’re putting in an order over $50, use the code “spring08″ for $5 off.

Also, I’d like to thank everybody for helping me become one of the top 10 STP earners (8th place) on Threadless. I view it as an accomplishment. So thanks!

And lastly, after the sale ends, remember Threadless Coupon to save some money.

Generic Ability from Design by Humans

I’m back from Ireland, although still not yet caught up on everything, which makes it hard to catch up on entires. I just wanted to pop in quickly to post today’s Design by Humans shirt. I’m a fan – it’s got the whole heraldry thing going on, as well as a nice mix of colors. Pick this one up – and remember a Design by Humans coupon.

Name: Generic Ability
T-Shirt Type: 100% Ringspun Combed Cotton, Premium Fashion Fit Tee
Price: $19.00
Where to Buy: Design by Humans

Going to Ireland until March 17th

I’ll be heading out to Ireland soon and won’t return until the 17th of March. It is highly unlikely that any posting will be done during this time, so expect things to lie stagnant until then. Upon my return, I should hopefully resume posting, although it may take me a few days (weeks?) to get caught up on everything. Until then, goodbye.

Ask me About My Crippling Shyness

Glarkware is one of the better designers out there when it comes to humorous shirts. They manage to get their humor across without simply throwing up some crass saying (like T-Shirt Hell – I’m not a fan). So, that being said, I really like “Ask me About My Crippling Shyness”. You should buy it or something, it will make you cool.

Threadless Tees from the week of February 25th

So because of the launch of their Custom tees, Threadless is back on my list of sites to watch. I haven’t actually received any of Threadless’ new shirts, so I ask you, my readers: How are the new Custom shirts? Are they comfortable? Do they fit like American Apparel, or differently? Let me know in a comment.

Now for my two favorites from this week…

Robot T-Shirt from Royal Family Clothing

I was digging through my mailbox and found an I missed email from Royal Family Clothing. It’s a shame I did, as they’ve got some nice shirts. They’re new on the block, so they could use their support. This one, Robot, is by far my favorite. Check it…

Rising T-Shirt from ThreadJunkies

Rising T-Shirt from ThreadJunkiesRising T-Shirt from ThreadJunkies

Scott from ThreadJunkies just shot me an email letting me know about the launch of his company. I must say they’ve got some pretty sharp designs over. There are several I like, a couple I really like, and one I really, really like. That one being “Rising”, which is featured above. I like the look of the rays spreading out from the center, and then you have what looks to be a depiction of the marines raising the US flag on Iwo Jima (I think I’m right on that).

Check out the rest of their tees too – there are some good ones.

Lightning Bugs from Shirt.Woot

Lightning Bugs Shirt.Woot

Because I got featured on Shirt.woot today, I figured it would be only fitting to return the favor. This works out well, because I do indeed like today’s offering. The title works well – you have a bunch of bugs in the shape of lightning (lightning bugs), plus you have the actual lightning bugs done with glow in the dark ink. One of the best uses of glow in the dark ink I’ve seen.

Check it out (on sale again starting tomorrow).

Threadless Custom Tees Are Here

Today marks the official release of Threadless’ brand new line of Custom Tees. No more will Threadless devotees be forced to wear the uncomfortable (I think) Fruit of the Loom tees. The new custom tees are soft and somewhat similar to American Apparel shirts from what I’ve heard. I’ll definitely be ordering some to check them out.

Also, today marks the release of a new pricing structure. Shirts will now be priced based on the techniques used on them, so it can vary from shirt to shirt. It appears the standard is $17, with some ranging up to $20. They’ve also released four new sizes. You can check out the brand new size chart.

I’m quite happy about this news, as it got to the point where I simply wouldn’t buy Threadless shirts because they were printed on Fruit of the Loom. Now I can revive my Threadless addiction, whether that’s good or bad is still to be seen.
