Amateur Musicologist T-Shirt from Cottyn

interior_musicologist_guys.jpg

I’m kind of a music nerd myself (I try not to be too snobbish though), and I’m guessing quite a few of my readers are also, so I find this shirt fitting. It’s also printed on the really soft American Apparel 50/50 blend, which is another bonus.

Raining Man T-Shirt by Yackfou

raining-man-yackfou.jpg raining-man-yackfou1.jpg

Yackfou is another shop that I’ve just recently come across. They’re based in Germany, so for us Americans prices are a little high (in my opinion), but they’ve got some excellent designs – including this one, so maybe it’s worth it for you. Also, most of their designs come in different colors, which I think is a definite plus.

Name: Raining Man
T-Shirt Type: American Apparel
Price: 34.90 EUR

Dawn of the Dude T-Shirt by Go Ape Shirts

dawn-of-the-dude.gif

The Big Lebowski is one of my favorite movies,  so this tee hits close to home. Just picturing the Dude and his comrades as zombies cracks a smile on my face.

Name: Dawn of the Dude
T-Shirt Type: American Apparel
Price: $18.00
Where to Buy: Go Ape Shirts

PS. If you haven’t seen The Big Lebowski, you need to now.

Sneak Peak T-Shirt from Funk Rush

Ever wondered where some of those missing planes go? Ever thought you saw a face in the mountains? Sneak Peak explains it all, it is the perfect blend of the mystery of the Bermuda Triangle, the legend of Yeti and Mountain Madness.

I really like this one from Funk Rush. Unfortunately, it’s sold out in everything but a small – but maybe they’ll reprint it? I certainly hope so.

Price: £20.00

Speakerbot T-shirt from Heavy Rotation

speakerbot-tshirt.jpgspeakerbot-tshirt2.jpg

I’d never checked out Heavy Rotation until earlier today, but I’m glad I finally did. They have a bunch of great vintage tees including this one, Speakerbot. It reminds of War of the Worlds, or maybe the Scary Movie IV parody with the giant iPod (music + robots, it works). Either way, I like it.

Name: Speakerbot
T-Shirt Type: Cardinal 100% cotton 40 single tee
Price: $21.99
Where to Buy: Heavy Rotation

Unicorn and F15 Jets T-Shirt from Beta

unicorns-and-jets-tshirt.jpgunicorns-and-jets-tshirt2.jpg

This shirt certainly features an interesting mix of objects – a unicorn and two F15 jets flying away. I’m not sure if there’s any deeper meaning, but it sure looks nice. I especially like the spray paint’esque background. Also, it’s sold on Etsy, so you’re supporting a truly independent designer.

Name: Unicorn and F15 Jets
T-Shirt Type: American Apparel
Price: $30.00
Where to Buy: Etsy

1984 T-Shirt from Enclothe

Nobody heard what Big Brother was saying.
It was merely a few words of encouragement, the sort of words that are uttered in the din of battle, not distinguishable individually but restoring confidence by the fact of being spoken.
Then the face of Big Brother faded away again, and instead the three slogans of the Party stood out in bold capitals:
WAR IS PEACE
FREEDOM IS SLAVERY
IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH

Another excellent design from Enclothe. I’d be hard pressed to find one of their shirts I didn’t at least somewhat like – and they print on American Apparel to boot.

Price: $19.00

Be A Panda T-Shirt from Threadless

Be A Panda - Threadless, Best T-shirts Ever
Be A Panda – Threadless

Lately, there haven’t been too many Threadless designs that I had any interest in. Thankfully, Be A Panda breaks that trend – it’s definitely one of my favorite designs from the past couple months.

New Theme

I’ve decided to switch themes again, as I wasn’t completely happy with the last one. I think I’ll be staying with this one (I love K2), although there is a the possibility of switching to a 3 columned version of this same theme. I hope everyone enjoys. Feedback would be appreciated.
