Emil from Ten Bills was kind enough to send me these two shirts to review. Not only did I get to check out their designs, I also got to see their new 100% cotton shirts. They previously printed on Fruit of the Loom 50/50, which I don’t find very comfortable, so I was eager to check out the new blanks, as $10 designs are an awesome deal.
(I’m using model pictures because it’s difficult to upload from my camera right now)
I was definitely pleasantly surprised by the new shirts. They feel like American Apparel, even though I’m pretty sure they not. But regardless of brand, they’re quite comfortable. The printing is good quality too, it feels like the prints on Threadless’ shirts if you’re looking for a gauge.
Both the designs are awesome too, very detailed (more detailed than you can see in the pictures) and cool. They also, like all of their shirts, only cost $10, which is truly an amazing deal for designs and shirts of these quality. I’m surprised Emil didn’t at least make his company “Fifteen Bills”, although I guess that doesn’t roll off the tongue quite as well.
You can pick up these, and other designs, at the Ten Bills store.
I’m a sucker for shirts like this. An Owl by itself would be pretty boring, but when you throw a top hat and some neon pink shades on it, it becomes infinitely cooler. It costs $25 over at Anonymous Venice. However, I found the coupon code “JESSICA” which should give you 15% off.
From the mind of David Deter comes this super fresh line of 80’s inspired t-shirts.
Beetnik Aesthetics is opening in January ’09, but I figured I’d get a jump and go ahead and post this now. Even though you can’t buy the shirt yet, you can still go ahead and inject some love today.
“The world is your canvas”
This mindset is the driving force behind Beetnik Aesthetics.
We are not just another trendy t-shirt company. We like to view ourselves as a lifestyle brand, building upon our own lives and the world around us.
One idea. One thought. One dream. That’s all it takes. With a forward thinking mind, anything is possible. The world is YOUR canvas – paint it!
Local Celebrity just sup’d up their website and added a bunch of new features. First off, they created the A-List, which when you become a member (it’s easy and free), allows you to buy their shirts for only $22. They also added a daily deal for A-Listers, in which you can grab a shirt for $12. It’s a pretty sweet bargain.
They also added some other cool stuff such as a blog and celebrity sightings page, as well as a general overhaul of the design in general. It’s a pretty sweet change, and I recommend you all go check it out. Stay tuned here for up-to-date coupons.
PS. Look for (hopefully) more regular postings coming soon.
This is an awesome deal considering how great PopJunkie shirts are. I reviewed the first tee up there (Out to Sea) awhile ago, and now you can get it for only $15. Their entire stock of clothing is 50% off. You can take advantage of this until the end of December.
I’m sad to say that it appears that on December 23rd the joy that is TorsoPants will be gone from this world forever. So that means, if you wanna pick up any of their random, but very funny, shirts, you should do it soon.
It is with great sadness that I announce, at the urging of Bilderberg, that I am closing the doors at TorsoPants.com at midnight December 23rd, 2008. I cannot get into complete details, but my higher masters have told me that my mission will be changing over the next few months and this is the first step in a series of movements I will make in my life to fulfill the prophecy that is Sunshine Megatron.
Torsopants.com was a very personal project for me and I am proud of what we accomplished and of the product we brought to the masses. I can only pray that those who remain asleep will wake up by the end of 2009 (the 11 year) , but cannot explain this any further and only wish the best for all of your human race.
So, the 2 new Torsopants this week will be our last new designs and as mentioned above, December 23rd, 2008 will be the final day in the life of our experiment. Feel free to buy something before it’s done.
Love to all that deserve it.
Wouldn’t it be cool if you could just harness up some crows and go flying? I think so. It’s $35 over at Torso Clothing.
A ‘murder’ of crows is based on the folk tale that crows form tribunals to judge, punish and kill the badly behaving members of the flock. This is completely untrue. However, murder is irresistible when paired with the best-looking T-shirt available (American Apparel).
Yay for awesome bear themed shirts. I’m having a little trouble coming up with a good description, so I’ll just call it really, really cool. It’s definitely one of my favorite Design by Humans shirts. As the artist, siXsiXsiX says, “enjoy the funky thrillin’ bear! :)”.
