Busted Tees was founded way back in 2004 by the same guys who run College Humor. Since then, they’ve been massively successful. You’ll see me compare sites to them a lot throughout Troundup, and that’s because they’ve sort of become the benchmark for comedy t-shirts. They release a few designs every week. These designs usually range from pop culture references, to puns, to someecards, and to anything else that can get a laugh. Most of their designs are unique too–so even if they’re referencing the same pop culture event as numerous other sites, they do it with a unique flair. Busted Tees also print all their shirts on American Apparel, which is a really nice touch.
