No Business from Supermarket, or Why I’m Never Working

I know this is most likely about the economy in general, but I’m instead choosing to take it as reinforcement of my plan to never work and just travel around, or, if need be, live like the people on Friends (have an awesome apartment in New York City but hardly ever work). So everyone wish me luck on that goal. Maybe I’ll just blog about t-shirts for a living.
I had this one teacher in high school who would always say “Nothing beats nothing” in regards to not having to work over summer break. I’m inclined to agree, except not actually nothing, just not feeling a compulsion to do anything you don’t want to.
Random life goal sharing aside, you can buy this at Supermarket for $20 on American Apparel.

A t-shirt company whose slogan is “clothing inspired by history” is a company after my own heart, because history is a pretty awesome thing. Plus, I used to be really into the Civil War, so this tee is somewhat of a double winner. It’s also a really cool design, so that helps too I guess (pfff, who cares about designs?). I’m diggin’ the foil and hot pink outline on the cannon, it somewhat of an interesting take on a machine made to destroy things.
If you want to add this one to your closet it will hit your wallet for $39.00. Check out their other tees as well for some more historical awesomeness.

Who else is excited about the government getting involved in GM? I know I am! I’m diggin this shirt from Despair, Inc. on the basis of solid design and excellent wit. The font and hammer/sickle is just perfect. It will run you $19.95 at Despair, Inc.
PS. Sorry for the slowness of posts lately, unfortunately, it probably won’t get much better, as I’m leaving for Europe for two weeks on Monday, and don’t see myself posting much while I’m there. I’ll be back after that though!
City Eagle from Heavy Rotation (at Palmercash)

I really like the sketched eagle combined with the photograph of the street. In fact, I really like Heavy Rotation’s style in general. In a world where I had infinite money to spend on t-shirts, I would probably buy them all (oh, if only that world existed). But since I can’t, I have to focus on my favorites, one of which is this one.
I’ve linked to it at Palmercash, because it actually appears to be cheaper there. You can also use a Palmercash coupon (updated at that page) to save some money. Check it!
