CX2 “Launch” Tee from Circle Squared

Circle Squared just sent me their official launch tee to review. The shirt came in a USPS box via Priority Mail. Along with the box was a little business card type add-in.

As for the shirt, it has the rocket launching, which I assume represents the launch of their clothing line. It also includes their slogan, company name, and website. The design is relatively simple, but still good looking.

They print all their shirts on American Apparel, which is definitely a plus. Some of their other shirts also represent an interesting take on the themes of pirates, cowboys, and ninjas. They’re worth checking out.

Head on over to Circle Squared’s site and check out their other tees.

Locust T-Shirt from Faveur

Faveur is a relatively new designer using religion as their influence in many of their designs. Now, i’m not religious, but luckily, with or without the deeper meaning, their shirts are really cool. Here’s the inspiration behind this one,

So the soldiers took charge of Jesus. Carrying his own cross, he went out to the place of the skull (which in Aramaic is called Golgotha). Here they crucified him, and with him two others-one on each side and Jesus in the middle. Pilate had a notice prepared and fastened to the cross. It read: JESUS OF NAZARETH, KING OF THE JEWS.

King Herald T-Shirt from American Pig Brand

american-pig.jpg

American Pig Brand just kindly sent me their King Herald Slate t-shirt to review. This is my first review, so I’m just going to start at the beginning and go straight through the process.

The shipping was lightning quick, I literally received the shirt 3 days or so after James said he was sending me one. I’m going to assume they take the same care with all their customers, so you can expect the same. The package came nicely folded in a ziplock bag inside a padded envelope; they even threw in some stickers which is a nice touch.

Now, on to the design. As I said before in my previous American Pig post, I’m a sucker for t-shirts with crest type designs, and this one is no exception. It’s a solid design that is pretty damn cool looking and is just the right size for the shirt. Which brings me to my next point: the shirt. American Pig prints on American Apparel, so, as you can imagine, their shirts are incredibly comfortable.

Overall, I give American Pig Brand and this shirt two thumbs up.

*Note, if you want, you can see pictures of my ugly self wearing this shirt over at my Flickr (which will be added to the site soon if it isn’t already).

Price: $27.00 | American Pig Brand

King Rhino T-Shirt by Resist Today

king-rhino-tshirt.jpgking-rhino-tshirt2.jpg

Today’s T-Shirt is King Rhino from the company Resist Today. I’m not sure if there’s some deeper meaning behind the shirt, but I mainly like it just because I think the design is superb. Resist Today also seems like a good company to support, as they put a lot of emphasis on the individual artists and actually making art. I believe the shirt is printed on American Apparel, so there definitely won’t be any comfort problems. They also have an excellent line of wallets/bags, which, while a bit expensive, are definitely worth checking out.

Price: $24.00 | Resist Today
