Recycle from Print Liberation

Print Liberation is at it again (it being making cool shirts). The design isn’t complex at all, it’s just simple elements combined excellently to make a quality shirt.

I also like it because it’s not super in your face, as some “green” shirts can be. It’s a good design first, and a political message second (at least in my interpretation).

You can pick this design up for $22.00 at Print Liberation. Unsurprisingly, it’s printed on organic shirts.

Stay in School from RandR

This one from RandR is pretty flippin awesome. Without the title of the shirt, it will probably only look like a 3-d owl with a gun (sans 3-d glasses), but I’m totally cool with that.

I’m also transferring to Temple University, whose mascot is the owl, which gives me an extra connection to this shirt. Our mascot doesn’t carry a gun though (unfortunately).

You can pick it up for $14.00 at RandR. Sadly, sizes are somewhat limited (they don’t have my size :( ).

The Last Showdown from Threadless

I haven’t posted about an individual Threadless shirt in a long time, but boy oh boy did this shirt make me want to change that. I like everything about it, from the crazy awesome drawing style, to the yellow t-shirt, to the minimal use of white for just the sun, clouds, smoke and wagon covers. It looks awesome.

Both characters are pretty cool looking, but I think I’m pulling for the bad guy on the back of the shirt. It’s all about the hat/cape looking coat combo.

You can pick this up for $18.00 at Threadless. We’ve got Threadless coupons for you too.

Technicolor Typewriter from Rethink Clothing

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: vintage typewriters on t-shirts look cool, especially when you do interesting/different things with the color pattern. I think I’ve pretty much described Rethink Clothing’s new shirt, Technicolor Typewriter, with that statement. To reiterate, it looks cool.

You can find this bad boy over at Rethink Clothing in white or heather gray. I like the white option the best. It’s printed on American Apparel.

Bad Trip from ARKA Clothing

You don’t want to have one of these–the trip that is. The shirt though, is cool. Oodles and oodles of magical mushrooms!

I think the shirt looks cool and kind of psychedelic, but not in an obnoxious way. It is a little expensive at $34.99, but…the shirts appear to be high quality (read below). So if you’ve got the dough, you’re probably getting your money’s worth.

Non-toxic(non-formaldehyde) print on premium cotton tee.

More Food T-Shirts Than You Ever Thought Existed

Andy from Hide Your Arms has come up with a list of 200 food related shirts. That’s seriously ridiculous. Johnny Cupcakes aside, I just didn’t think there were that many shirts relating to food out there.

Props to Andy for putting together such a massive list–I don’t want to think about the time involved.

Too Many Mutha Uckas — Flight of the Conchords Shirt

I mutha uckin love Flight of the Conchords (you should have seen that one coming), especially this song and the first season in general. It’s a shame it had to go and get cancelled (that’s right–two l’s mutha uckas), but I suppose it was meant to be. Hopefully Jermaine and Brit (Bret) go on to do greater things.

While this shirt is just a simple text tee, I think it looks really great with the white text on red. Good choice, Nerdy Shirts!

Check out the video below. The song is damn catchy and the episode is awesomely hilarious (so watch the whole thing if you can):
