Andy from Hide Your Arms just wrote up a sweet post featuring every single t-shirt from This Is Spinal Tap. Additionally, whenever available, he shows you where you can buy the shirts. Spinal Tap has a wealth of great t-shirts, most notably the green skeleton (pictured above), so it’s definitely worth checking out. Go give it a looksie at HYA!
Shark Week is back and that mean’s I am obligated to remind you all about Jon’s awesome Live Every Week Like It’s Shark Week t-shirt, a superb melding of both Shark Week and 30 Rock. I post about this shirt every year because it’s definitely my favorite Shark Week t-shirt. Unfortunately, this is the last year that Jon will be selling this shirt, as he’s hanging up his hat as a t-shirt seller. So, don’t miss out, because this shirt will soon dissapear.
You can buy Live Every Week Like It’s Shark Week for $20.00 from the Mediocore Clothing store. As I said, Jon is only selling these until he runs out of stock, and then they will be gone forever. They’re printed on light blue American Apparel blanks. Enjoy the Week! Unfortunately I’m not able to watch this year because I cut the cord…oh well.
P.S. Last year I posted about some other cool Shark Week t-shirts, some of which I think are still available for sale. I will probably post up more recent shirts this week as well.
I post a lot of random Bill Murray t-shirts, mainly because Bill is pretty damn awesome. I’d like to continue that trend with this offering from LTDEX. It’s an interesting style (it kind of looks like a map in some places), so you can guarantee you’ll always have one of the most unique Bill Murray t-shirts in the room.
You can pick it up for $32.00 from the LTDEX store. I know the price is a little steep, but whoever said Bill Murray came cheap (rhyming…)? They print on American Apparel t-shirts.
I’ve previously posted about Headline Shirts’ awesome line of quotes that are misattributed to famous people, but this one has a special place in my heart given the frequency and volume of mojitos that I have been consuming. Hemingway was a drinker who sometimes wrote a bit. Unlike the other quotes from Headline Shirts, I could actually picture Hemingway saying this, which makes it all the funnier. Either way, it’s a good shirt to wear to a party.
You can pick it up for $14.00 during the first week or so of it’s existence, and then the price will jump up to $24.00. You can also make use of one of my Headline Shirts coupons to save a bit.
In the vein of that funny “Socrates vs. Plato” Mortal Kombat themed t-shirt from 604 Republic, I bring you a similar battle design from Teefury. This time, however, it’s two fast food giants facing off. Ronald McDonald takes on The King in a battle to the death. Now I don’t eat fast food, so I have no opinion on who should win. I don’t need to eat fast food to know that this shirt is funny, though.
You can grab it for only $10.00 at the Teefury store. Like all Teefury designs, it’s only available for purchase for six more hours (until Midnight est.), so you have to decide quickly if you want it.
I posted about the release of Fullbleed’s Season 12 line of shirts back when it happened back in April, but I never actually showcased any of the individual designs. I want to do that now, because, in usual Fullbleed fashion, they’re pretty awesome. I’m not a surfer, but I dig this design. It’s probably a little dangerous to try to surf a hurricane, though, so don’t take the shirt too literally. I love the blue that the shirt is printed on–it’s a very nice color that I may have to pick up.
The tee will cost you a very fair $18.00 at the Fullbleed store. It’s printed on a Next Level Apparel Poly/Cotton blank. I haven’t heard of this company, but given that Fullbleed decided to use them over American Apparel, I’m going to guess it’s a very comfortable blank.
T-Shirt Laundry just released one of my favorite Game of Thrones t-shirts. Tyrion “The Imp” Lannister hasn’t gotten a whole ton of love, and this shirt fixes that. I think Tyrion is pretty badass, so any shirt that characterizes him as such is fine by me. I also like the image of Tyrion in pimp attire, t’is funny stuff.
You can pick up the Impin’ Ain’t Easy shirt for $14.00 over at the T-Shirt Laundry store.
I don’t have too much to say about this design–it’s just Jeff Sheldon of Ugmonk doing what he does best, making awesome typography shirts. Like other Ugmonk shirts, the design is simple. It’s very clean though, and the colors are always perfectly selected. Anyway, once again like the other Ugmonk shirts, I dig this design.
You can purchase Sevens Up for the price of only $24.00 at the Ugmonk shop. They print on American Apparel blank t-shirts. Enjoy!
Random Objects just dropped the beginning of their summer line, including this “Be Polite” t-shirt. I think it’s something everyone should be reminded of. I’m always very polite, until someone is rude to me, and then I get super passive aggressive and disinterested. Anyway, it’s very clean, and I like the white on blue colors.
You can buy this shirt and show your politeness for $24.00 at Random Objects. They print on American Apparel t-shirts.
I posted the sweet Dire Brew t-shirt from 604 Republic a bit ago. This t-shirt is very similar to that one–it puts a slick Game of Thrones reference into a beer themed t-shirt. Whereas the 604 Republic shirt came from Stark Brewing, this one is Baratheon Brewing, so it’s quite different. I think I like the actual design of the 604 Republic one a bit more, but this one is still definitely cool, and it only costs $10 (so it’s affordable too!).
This shirt is for sale for only 24 hours, and then it will be gone. As I said, it does only cost $10. So buy it soon, or watch it disappear (though if you prefer Stark Brewing you’ll be fine).
